SHIPPING
Once an order is placed, we are no longer able to make changes to content or shipping service label. Once items are shipped with the specified carrier STRIKER TRUCKS is not liable for late, lost, stolen, or damaged goods in transit or after delivery. TRANSDIRECT Transit time can vary based on service selected from 1-10 business days. TRANSDIRECT Transit times can vary from 2-10 business days depending on which service is selected. TRANSDIRECT Shipping is not a guaranteed service and is not able to be refunded based on a delivery/ transit delay. Unless the customer requests Signature and/or UNATTENDED Delivery service please notify STRIKER TRUCKS via phone call or email, which is provided on request free of charge, we are unable to make a claim with the carrier for missing parcels. Freight Insurances also available at extra charge. Please be advised, carriers only count business days as transit time, not weekends or holidays. Standard shipping pickup and delivery days are Monday through Friday, but do not include observed holidays and company closures. We reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice if we determine it provides the customer with better service. If an order is refused and shipped back without shipper authorisation the customer will be charged for the return shipment cost.

We do not part ship orders. If an order is split into separate parts, each parcel will incur a freight charge.
PO Boxes – We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
BULKY AND DANGEROUS GOODS
Orders for bulky or dangerous goods to remote areas will require a shipping quote, which you will be notified of at checkout. Our customer service team will then send you a shipping quote attached to your order within one business day for review.

TRACKING NUMBERS
Tracking numbers are available by request. If you would like express delivery, please call or email us to arrange a quote. We cannot guarantee the exact timing for delivery of your goods.
We do all we can to send out the goods as soon as possible. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if any items in your order are damaged. Damaged goods must be returned at your expense, accompanied by a valid receipt, before any repairs, replacement or credit note can be initiated.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Please be advised we recommend not selecting; Couriers Please/Aramex/Hunter Road Express for freight options. Instead, if options allow, we recommend choosing Allied/TNT/Northline as a more efficient and reliable option.

HANDLING FEES
We do not charge any handling fees on orders.
PICK UP IN STORE
Collect your online order from us. This is a free service and there are no delivery charges. Once your order is ready, the collection time is at your convenience. When an order is made you can pick up your order on the same day providing the items are in stock.
Note: Photo ID must be presented along with a printed out order confirmation when picking up the goods.
7 Day Return Period
You may return an item purchased from STRIKER TRUCKS for any reason up to 7 days from the original Invoice date, provided that the item has not been installed and is in “brand-new” condition. This does not apply to electronic products or special order/none stocking items as they will be allowed return on a case-by-case approval. Shipping charges are not refundable on returns for any reason.
Restocking Fee
All returns will be subject to a restocking fee up to 30%.
