Shipping Policy:
Once an order is placed, changes to content or shipping service cannot be made. STRIKER TRUCKS is not liable for late, lost, stolen, or damaged goods in transit or after delivery. TRANSDIRECT transit times vary from 1-10 business days based on the selected service. Shipping is not guaranteed and is non-refundable for delivery delays. For Signature and/or UNATTENDED Delivery service, please notify STRIKER TRUCKS via phone or email, provided free of charge. Claims for missing parcels require this notification. Freight insurance is available at an extra charge. Carriers count only business days, not weekends or holidays, for transit time. Standard shipping pickup and delivery occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and company closures. We may choose a different carrier if it offers better service. If an order is refused and returned without authorisation, the customer will be charged for return shipping costs.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
We advise against selecting Couriers Please, Aramex, or Hunter Road Express for freight options. Instead, if available, we recommend choosing Allied, TNT, or Northline for a more efficient and reliable service.

We do not part ship orders. If an order is split into separate parts, each parcel will incur a freight charge.
PO Boxes – We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
BULKY AND DANGEROUS GOODS
Orders for bulky or dangerous goods to remote areas will require a shipping quote, which you will be notified of at checkout. Our customer service team will then send you a shipping quote attached to your order within one business day for review.

TRACKING NUMBERS
Tracking numbers are available by request. If you would like express delivery, please call or email us to arrange a quote. We cannot guarantee the exact timing for delivery of your goods.
We do all we can to send out the goods as soon as possible. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if any items in your order are damaged. Damaged goods must be returned at your expense, accompanied by a valid receipt, before any repairs, replacement or credit note can be initiated.

HANDLING FEES
We do not charge any handling fees on orders.
PICK UP IN STORE
Collect your online order from us. This is a free service and there are no delivery charges. Once your order is ready, the collection time is at your convenience. When an order is made you can pick up your order on the same day providing the items are in stock.
Note: Photo ID must be presented along with a printed out order confirmation when picking up the goods.
