These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Striker Trucks website and the purchase of products from Striker Trucks, operated by Fenning Crest Pty Ltd.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance, stock availability and payment verification. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order, including where pricing or product information contains an obvious error.

3. Pricing

Unless otherwise stated, prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice.

4. Product Information & Fitment

Product descriptions and fitment information are provided in good faith. Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase. We recommend supplying a VIN for fitment verification. Images are for illustration purposes only.

5. Payment

Payment must be received before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing. Ownership of goods remains with Striker Trucks until payment has been received in full.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

7. Change of Mind Returns

Change-of-mind returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled and returned in original packaging. A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply. Freight costs are not refundable.

8. Faulty Products & Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a product has a major failure, customers are entitled to the remedies provided by law.

9. Special Orders and Requests 

Special-order or non-stock items ordered specifically for a customer may require a deposit and are not returnable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Core Exchange Products

Where a refundable core charge applies, the returned core must be complete, rebuildable and free from excessive damage. Core refunds are processed after inspection.

11. Warranty

Manufacturer warranties apply where provided. Warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, racing use, modifications, normal wear and tear, or labour costs unless expressly stated.

12. Installation

Many products require professional installation. Striker Trucks is not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect installation.

13. Website Use

Users must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or copy website content without written permission.

14. Intellectual Property

All logos, photographs, graphics, product descriptions and website content remain the property of Striker Trucks or their respective owners.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Striker Trucks is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of products or the website. This clause does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian law.

16. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Striker Trucks Privacy Policy.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
