Australia-Wide Shipping
Striker Trucks ships Australia-wide using trusted freight and courier partners. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the size and weight of your order, and the selected shipping method.
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
Order Processing
- Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to discuss an estimated delivery timeframe or alternative options.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Victoria: 1–3 business days
- NSW, ACT & South Australia: 2–5 business days
- Queensland & Tasmania: 3–6 business days
- Western Australia & Northern Territory: 5–10 business days
- Remote locations may require additional time.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by freight delays, weather events, public holidays or circumstances beyond our control.
Large & Heavy Freight
Items such as bumpers, suspension components, transmissions, diffs, wheels, engines and other oversized products may require pallet or specialised freight services.
These deliveries may require:
- A commercial delivery address where possible.
- A forklift or unloading assistance.
- Additional freight charges for remote or difficult-to-access locations.
If additional freight charges apply, we will contact you before dispatch.
Authority to Leave
If you select Authority to Leave, Striker Trucks and the freight carrier are not responsible for loss, theft or damage once the parcel has been delivered.
Freight Damage
Please inspect your delivery as soon as possible.
If goods arrive damaged:
- Note the damage with the freight driver where possible.
- Take photographs of the packaging and product.
- Contact Striker Trucks within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to notify us promptly may affect freight claims.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
Additional freight charges incurred due to incorrect addresses, refused deliveries or returned parcels may be payable by the customer.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available on selected products.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees or local charges imposed by their country.
Returns & Refund Policy
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major failure or is not of acceptable quality, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as provided under Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes you may order the wrong part.
Subject to the conditions below, we accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days of delivery or invoice date.
Returned products must:
- be unused
- not have been installed
- be in original packaging
- include all accessories and documentation
- be in resaleable condition.
A restocking fee of up to 30% may apply.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Customers are responsible for return freight unless otherwise required by law.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Unless required under Australian Consumer Law, we cannot accept returns for:
- Special-order or non-stock items.
- Electrical or electronic components that have been installed.
- Products that have been used, modified or damaged after delivery.
- Clearance or final-sale items.
- Fluids, lubricants and chemicals.
- Custom-made or made-to-order products.
Incorrect or Faulty Products
If you receive an incorrect item or believe a product is faulty:
Please contact us before returning the item.
Where applicable, we may request:
- photographs
- the vehicle VIN
- proof of purchase
- a description of the fault.
Do not install a product you believe may be incorrect or defective.
Warranty Claims
Warranty claims are assessed in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty conditions.
Where inspection is required, products may need to be returned before a warranty decision can be made.
Warranty does not cover:
- incorrect installation
- misuse or abuse
- racing or competition use
- accidental damage
- normal wear and tear
- labour, towing or associated costs unless specifically covered by the manufacturer.
Core Exchange Returns
Products supplied with a refundable core charge (including steering boxes, transmissions and similar components) must be returned:
- complete
- suitable for rebuilding
- free from excessive damage
- without major cracks or missing components.
Core refunds are processed after inspection.
How to Return an Item
Before returning any product, please contact Striker Trucks to obtain return instructions.
Please include:
- your order number
- proof of purchase
- reason for return
- photographs if applicable.
Returns sent without prior contact may experience delays.
